Byosis becomes part of a globally operating group for water and resource recovery solutions.
We are very pleased to announce that an agreement was signed between Byosis and Nijhuis Saur Industries. Effectively, this means that Nijhuis Saur Industries will take over Byosis with the purpose to grow and support our business as a separate business entity within the group. The Byosis team is full of energy for the future! And, as co-founder, I will remain actively connected to Byosis as CEO to grow the business and introduce additional resource recovery solutions. We are thrilled about the new cooperation and look forward to working with you in the exciting times ahead.
