Biomass

Biomass is a scarce resource. The profitability of processing wet biomass, whether these are cultivated or waste streams depends on costs and local availability. Grants, speculation, geopolitical influences and crop yields disrupt the market and lead to large price fluctuations. The ByoBasic system enables smaller (even farm scale) operations with biomass from the region, the highest possible added value at a very competetive business case.

The ByoLogic system can be added to a ByoBasic system or used stand-alone in combination with a digester. This technology offers large benefits when handling though-degradable biomass (e.g with a high lignocellulosic content). The treatment enables a rapid breakdown (digestion) in the biogas process. These are by definition side or waste streams from agriculture, nature (forest) reserves and food/feed industry.
